Venera Code LLC («Venera Code», «we») operates digital products including kogDA and VSEgda. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect information when you use our services.

Account information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, username and account settings.

Profile information

Specialists can add a bio, services, links, images and other professional information to their public profile. This information is provided by the specialist and is intended to be public.

Booking information

When a client books a meeting, we collect the client's name, email address, the selected service and the booking date and time.

Technical information

We automatically receive basic technical data: browser and device information, cookies and security logs.

What we do not collect

We do not collect or store private consultation notes, therapy records, medical records, or confidential conversations between specialists and clients.

Payments

Venera Code does not process payments between clients and specialists. Payments, refunds and service conditions are handled directly between the specialist and the client.

How long we keep information

We store your information while your account is active or as long as it is needed to provide the service. You can delete your account at any time in the settings, and we delete personal data when it is no longer needed.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information: encrypted connections, access controls and security logging. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.

Where information is processed

Our services are hosted in the United States. By using the services, you understand that your information is processed in the United States and in the countries where our infrastructure providers operate.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the rights to data portability, to object to or restrict processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. We process personal data to perform our contract with you, with your consent, or based on our legitimate interest in operating and improving the services.

California residents: we do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can exercise your privacy rights by contacting us.
