Acceptance

By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

Age requirement

Our services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By using the services, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

About the Service

Venera Code LLC provides software tools including kogDA and VSEgda.

kogDA

kogDA helps specialists manage availability, bookings and scheduling.

VSEgda

VSEgda helps specialists create online profiles and showcase their professional information.

Independent specialists

Specialists using kogDA and VSEgda operate independently. Venera Code does not provide professional services and is not responsible for the services offered by specialists.

Payments

Venera Code does not act as a payment processor, escrow service or intermediary for payments between specialists and clients.

Any payment arrangements, refunds or disputes are handled directly between the specialist and the client.

Third-party services

Our products can connect to third-party services such as calendars and video conferencing tools (for example Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Zoom, Google Meet). These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their availability or performance.

No guarantees

Venera Code does not guarantee:

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Venera Code for any claims related to the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Intellectual property

The services — including their design, code and branding — belong to Venera Code. Content you publish remains yours; you grant us the right to display it as part of the services.

Termination

We may restrict or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service.

Indemnification

You agree to compensate Venera Code for losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) caused by your violation of these terms or misuse of the services.

Dispute resolution

Before taking any dispute to court, the parties will first try to resolve it through good-faith negotiations by contacting [email protected]. Disputes are resolved on an individual basis; to the extent permitted by law, class actions are waived. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably are subject to the courts of the State of Wyoming, United States.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, and the «Last updated» date shows the latest revision. Continued use of the services after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
